Elena holds a BSN, an MSN, and an MBA, and has professional experience as both a Registered Nurse and a senior buyer at Incyte Genomics, Rigel Pharmaceuticals, and Celera Pharmaceuticals.

Former Clinical Services Manager II with San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services for 30 years (retired). A LCSW, Tim has extensive experience with the County collaborating with education, juvenile probation, and CBOs in North Co. Tim oversaw the operations of the mental health clinic at the Mike Nevin Health Center in Daly City. Resides in Marin County.
Anastacio “Junior” Flores
Program Manager for Asian American Recovery Services and a member of the North County Outreach Collaborative. A volunteer mentor for high school students, he collaborated with DCP as an after-school program assistant with the Bayshore Boys and Girls Club. Resides in San Francisco.

Alex Navarro is the Director of Community Health and Nutrition at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, where she leads work focused on nutrition, food safety, community engagement and health equity. She has served on the Advisory Board for the Nutrition Program at City College of San Francisco and participates in the San Mateo County Community Health Improvement Plan, focusing on social determinants of health. Alex also serves as a Community Advisory Board member for a Stanford University research project focused on developing community-centered nutrition interventions for parents with young children. She is passionate about ensuring our communities have the resources they need to thrive. Alex resides in Pacifica.

Chris Geronimo brings over 32 years of dedicated service with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to his role on the board, with a career spanning from Recreation Therapist supporting disabled combat veterans to Project Manager leading key initiatives. His deep community roots — growing up in San Francisco’s Excelsior District, raising his family for over a decade in Daly City, and now residing in San Mateo — reflect a lifelong connection to the Bay Area communities he serves. Chris is passionate about building strategic partnerships and advancing programs that uplift and strengthen the communities he calls home.

Michael Delucchi brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in banking, finance, and nonprofit management. He has served as a bank executive, nonprofit CEO, board member, and advisor, and currently works with nonprofits and their boards across the country through The Elevate Group, helping organizations strengthen governance, financial oversight, fundraising, and strategic planning.
