FREE Breakfast & Lunch

JESD will continue to distribute free breakfast and lunch to all youth 18 years and under, until school is back in session.

This program is solely for the pickup of meals and meals cannot be consumed on-site.
Parents must be present during pick up.

Breakfast and lunch is available Monday – Friday from 8am – 1pm at the following 4 campus sites:

Funding Assistance

Assistance for Rent, Mortgage, Utilities (water/PGE), Etc.

To apply for funding assistance:

  1. Please call the Daly City Community Service Center, 650-991-8007, to discuss the process and your case briefly prior to filling out the funding application – an application will be emailed or faxed to you unless you have no option but to come in or send a friend/family member into our offices to pick up the application in-person.
  2. Read Pages 1, 2 and 3 of the ‘Housing Application’
  3. Fill out the ‘Housing Application’
  4. Fill out the Budget
  5. Sign all ‘Client Signature’ pages
  6. Sign the ‘Consent for Release of Information’
  7. Return Application, Budget, Signature pages and Consent with the documents listed on page 3 of the application to:

    reception@dcpartnership.org or FAX: 650-991-8227 or drop-off to 350-90th Street, Daly City, CA 94015, First Floor. Please call 650-991-8007 if you have questions when filling out the application or are unsure if you have the proper documents.

If you do not have access to a computer/printer, please drop-by for an application or have a family member, friend or neighbor drop-by if you are in a high-risk category or have been feeling sick (fever, cough, trouble breathing, achy, fatigue, etc.).

A staff member will contact you to let you know that everything has been received.

Our highly trained staff will review your application and contact you to schedule a phone appointment and go over your case in further detail as well as give you further instructions for moving forward. Please call our offices if 3 business days have gone by and you have not received a call to schedule your phone appointment. As indicated in the application, the application is subject to multiple stages of review and screened to meet the funder’s criteria. There is no guarantee of services.

Childcare Information and Referral

Criteria: Parents who continue reporting to work for essential services (Health Care, Social Services, Food Supply Chain, Transportation) and who are in desperate need of childcare due to no local support system

Legal Advice

If a tenant lives in San Mateo County and receives an eviction notice during the COVID-19 public health emergency or has questions about whether they are covered by the provisions of this new law, they should seek legal assistance from legal aid offices below.
