Housing Assistance Program

Assistance for Rent, Mortgage, Utilities (water/PGE), Etc.

To apply for funding assistance:

  1. Please fill out the “Pre-Application for the Housing Assistance Program” below. If you do not have access to a computer/printer, please drop-by for an application or have a family member, friend or neighbor drop-by if you are in a high-risk category or have been feeling sick (fever, cough, trouble breathing, achy, fatigue, etc.).
  2. Send any additional documents to file@dcpartnership.org with your name on the subject line .
  3. Please call 650-991-8007 if you have questions when filling out the application or are unsure if you have the proper documents.

Our highly trained staff will review your application and contact you to schedule a phone appointment and go over your case in further detail as well as give you further instructions for moving forward.

As indicated in the application, the application is subject to multiple stages of review and screened to meet the funder’s criteria. There is no guarantee of services.

Despite closures, many schools in the Jefferson Elementary School District are continuing to provide nutritious meals to the community.

Moratorium on Evictions

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to approve an emergency regulation that protects eligible tenants from eviction during the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency. Additionally, the state of California passed AB3088, providing further protections for renters unable to pay due to the COVID-19 pandemic, provided they follow specific steps when notifying their landlord and pay 25% of their rent. Criteria: Parents who continue reporting to work for essential services (Health Care, Social Services, Food Supply Chain, Transportation) and who are in desperate need of childcare due to no local support system
